« How to :
1. Put a headphone if you want (it’s better)
2. Concentrate on the music, and imagine that you are walking on the beach with nobody around.
3. Then close your eyes for a while
4. Open your eyes, let the music play and go back to your work with the music in the background or lie down on your bed.
You can also use this music to meditate or to fall asleep quietly. »
